Tackle Tomorrow Foundation \u2013 Online Fundraising Raffle<\/h3>\n\n

1. Organiser<\/h2>\n

Tackle Tomorrow Foundation<\/strong>
\n A registered non-profit organisation operating in South Africa.

2. Nature of the Raffle<\/h2>\n

This raffle is a fundraising initiative supporting youth development and community programmes. By purchasing a ticket, participants are entered into a random draw and accept these Terms & Conditions.<\/p>\n\n

3. Eligibility<\/h2>\n

  • Participants must be 18 years or older<\/li>\n
  • Participants must reside in South Africa unless otherwise stated<\/li>\n
  • Employees and immediate family of the organiser may not enter<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n\n

    4. Ticket Purchase & Entry<\/h2>\n

    Tickets are sold online via the official website. Each ticket equals one entry into the raffle.<\/p>\n

    Participants will receive a unique ticket number via email confirmation.<\/p>\n

    All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law.<\/p>\n\n

    5. Prize<\/h2>\n

    The prize is described on the raffle product page. The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.<\/p>\n

    The organiser reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.<\/p>\n\n

    6. Raffle Period<\/h2>\n

    The raffle opens and closes on the dates specified on the product page. No entries will be accepted after the closing date.<\/p>\n\n

    7. Draw Process<\/h2>\n

    The winner will be selected via an automated random draw system using either cryptographically secure methods or an independent third-party provider such as Random.org.<\/p>\n

    The draw will occur automatically at the end of the raffle period or at a specified time.<\/p>\n

    The result of the draw is final and binding.<\/p>\n

    For transparency, the organiser may publish the total number of entries and the winning ticket number.<\/p>\n\n

    8. Winner Notification<\/h2>\n

    The winner will be notified via email or phone within 7 days of the draw.<\/p>\n

    If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, an alternative winner may be selected.<\/p>\n\n

    9. Claiming the Prize<\/h2>\n

    The winner must provide valid identification and claim the prize within 14 days.<\/p>\n

    Failure to claim within this period may result in forfeiture.<\/p>\n\n

    Sales generated through these codes may be attributed to the relevant partner.<\/p>\n

    Partners may receive a share of proceeds based on participation.<\/p>\n

    The organiser reserves the right to suspend or remove partners in cases of misuse or fraud.<\/p>\n\n

    12. Fraud & Disqualification<\/h2>\n

    The organiser reserves the right to disqualify entries or cancel tickets where fraud, abuse, or manipulation is suspected.<\/p>\n\n

    13. Limitation of Liability<\/h2>\n

    The organiser is not responsible for technical issues, payment failures, or communication delays.<\/p>\n

    Participation is at the entrant\u2019s own risk.<\/p>\n\n

    14. Protection of Personal Information (POPIA)<\/h2>\n

    Personal information is collected solely for raffle administration and communication purposes.<\/p>\n

    By entering, participants consent to the processing of their personal data.<\/p>\n

    Participants may request access, correction, or deletion of their data at any time.<\/p>\n

    Personal information will not be shared except where required by law or for operational purposes.<\/p>\n

    Marketing communication will only occur with explicit consent.<\/p>\n\n

    15. Legal Compliance<\/h2>\n

    The organiser maintains full records of ticket sales, entries, draw results, and prize allocation.<\/p>\n

    Records will be retained for a minimum of three (3) years.<\/p>\n
